TESOL Course Payment & Refund Information

Please Note: All payments for this course are to be made payable to:
LANGUAGE TRAINING INSTITUTE.

Course Fees

Standard Fee: $1980*
Pensioner / Student Discount: $1880*
These Fees will be increased by approximately 10%  where the Installment Option is chosen – see below.

Payment Conditions and Options

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of $400 accompanying the completed enrolment form must be paid to Language Training Institute in advance of the participant beginning the Course.

Balance of Payment:

The balance of monies owing must be paid by either:

1. The Up Front Payment Option:

Prior to, or at the session break of, the first class of the Course.

OR

2. By the Installment Option (which includes and increase :

The remaining monies owing are to be paid to LTI over 8 fortnightly payments either by mail OR directly to a staff member of LTI during the session breaks at classes.
(The Course Fee will be increased by approximately 10% if a student chooses to take advantage of the payment by installment option)
Standard Fee Installments: $400 deposit + 9 Fortnightly Payments of $180 + one payment of $60 Total Fee = $2080 ($1980 + Admin Fee of $100)
Pensioner/Student Discount: $400 deposit + 10 Fortnightly Payments of $150 + one payment of $80 Total Fee = $1980 ($1880 + Admin Fee of $100)

Refund Policy

The $400 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances except either:

• The Course does not proceed, in which case, the full $400 will be refunded,

or

• You do not meet the entry requirements.
• Under the installment payment option, there can be no refund of any payment after it has been made. Refund of the initial $400 deposit is only as stated above.
• Under the Up Front Payment Option, no refund will be made beyond three (3) working days past the first training session. If a student decides to withdraw within three (3) working days after the first Training Session, all funds paid except the $400 deposit will be refunded.
